CATTLESOFT, INC. ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF PDA VERSION

COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS – Cattlesoft, Inc. is dedicated to helping cattle producers keep their records as quickly and efficiently as possible, and helping them stay organized whether they are at their home, chute-side, or in the field.

As more producers are relying on technology to assist in managing their cattle, there has become an increased demand for more compact data collection. After eight years of providing a record keeping solution for cattle producers with the CattleMax software, Cattlesoft has recognized this need.

Cattlesoft is currently working on developing a PDA version of the CattleMax software, to be released on May 1, 2007.

The CattleMax PDA software will provide basic record keeping and data collection for cattle producers to use in the field, creating convenience and eliminating stacks of paper. The data will then be synchronized with the full CattleMax software, a desktop application based on Microsoft Access technology. This system will allow producers to view and enter data on a PDA, permitting them more flexibility in recording basic information on their cattle, wherever they are.

CattleMax PDA will use Windows Mobile technology, Visual Studio 2005 .NET Compact Framework and SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition as the different components to support the software.
